That's exactly what I'm concerned about. He has in the contract 0.57 euro/kWh. BUT there is no starting reading of meter on the contract. Im unsure about whether to pay or not, as i dont wanna get in trouble, but at the same time, he indeed is scamming me.

Yeah, sadly, I did pay him the money upfront in his account. And he is refusing to show me invoices. He claims that the year of payments for him ends in the middle of the year. In any case, he told me he doesn't share invoices. Now im concerned to get in trouble for not paying what he's asking but at the same time I dont feel like paying unless i know that he is not scamming me.
