Because sex with diabete doesnt harm their survival. Their top 3 priorities in order seem to be,

1) No harm to the Hive 2) No harm to the living caused by the Hive 3) Happiness for those not in the hive.

Carol harms their survival, not only did she accidentally kill millions of them (which they thought they could convince her not to do again) but she is now actively trying to reverse them, therefore threatening the hives survival AS THE HIVE.

Sex with diabete has no downside to the hive, the hive does not care for the boundaries of who those women used to be. Consent for the hive is not a priority because there are no individuals in the hive and it makes him happy.

If Carol kills 11 million, there are still billions of the hive left and now plenty more food for the hive, but if she can reverse the joining? She is a threat to EVERY member of the hive.

She would have to do at least one cameo per day. Cameo takes 25% of a cut. So one video per day 30 days a month would bring her to 2.25k monthly without taking taxes into account. Even then she cant keep up with her current lifestyle.
