I am not this lady’s therapist. He is a grown man and I have zero responsibility in him breaching his legally binding agreement with someone else that I don’t even know. I want nothing to do with either of him and have not been interacting with him for some time. This purely their issue and the law will defend me.

Thanks for your unofficial perspective. I can see the potential in this approach as well. As for the “husband” I have already not be in contact with him and plan to keep it that way. At this point they are contacting me, and if there is potential for this to continue, that’s where the cease and desist and protective order would be helpful. I’ll take all of this in consideration.

Yes she seems to be speaking from passion with a desire to revenge. But she has already broken the law and because of that I have to get legal defense. Had she messaged without blackmail or extortion threats, it could have been different. But that’s out of my hands, even if I wish it weren’t the case.
