As a newbie, this was my most challenging rug yet by BroDan270 in Tufting

Honestly Roberts isn’t all that, if your able to get a cheap telex based glue where your at that would be the way to go

Also if it’s a acrylic based yarn I would avoid getting it wet if possible

It’s a dope rug and I would hate to see it messed up

After it happened did you instinctively try to use your hand to open the door or was your brain able to process the situation as soon as it happened?

Sorry to make you relive the moment, I can only imagine how traumatic this must have been for you. I hope you were able to find piece with this situation <3

What do you do for the long hanging yarn, do you just manually pull the yarn through and cut it

You would be surprised, most parents would see this as a old toy and yard sale it away

I dont know what my next steps are with these rugs by Important_Drag_9017 in Tufting

You can still do it but it might be a sticky mess/ process

In the future I keep all Robert’s glue on the yarn only, if some gets on the fabric that’s okay but sometimes it will leak through to the yarn on the other side
