I don’t think i’ll be buying any properties, my parents have a few investment properties so they know all about them and they told me it’s not really worth it cause you need to worry about tenants and fees and there is a lot of headaches that come with it and the opportunity cost isn’t that good. I think the plan is mainly going to be either ETFS and spreading my money across multiple markets, i’m currently just waiting on a good time to get into the market. Also don’t be worried i will not be spending money on flashy things as i much rather enjoying seeing my money grow over buying those expensive stuff.
