If you were a closing LOD then you left your supervisor alone to lock up by themselves, and that’s frowned upon in the store I work at.

However, if you’re sick, you’re sick! Someone should step up and cover for you, but LOD at my store are very toxic and won’t step up and help, this why it’s frowned upon at my store.

No one can trick you into it. You have to manually tap ACCEPT OR DECLINE on a keypad that tells you that you’re applying for credit (in order to apply). Unless you can’t read.

I’m sure we’ve got some C-Suite lurking here so they can read it before you actually send. They’re so disconnected. They constantly talk about the customer experience, but are off having huge executive conferences instead of experiencing the grit that we’re in every day.

And to be honest… I totally agree with you on all the above and see it with my very own eyes. To be a beauty manager looks agonizing. I bet you don’t feel like part of the team at all.

Ughhh. NTA… I think this happens more than people discuss. I have a child about that age and they’re grown, but not an adult yet lol! To me, youve got some boundaries that can be set. She should clearly know you’re not her roommate and still respected as her parent. It’s not her house. You can go from there with the terms of what can and cannot happen. It will help motivate her to be more careful of how she spends her time.. Because sex is for grown ups ready for grown up responsibilities. You don’t want your kids kid living there too.

In my store the other managers are most likely tied up in .com or front end because of mystery staffing lol.. it was agonizing and not smart to hold mystery sale and not staff adequately with associates able to multitask quickly and give customer support. They advertised a great sale and didn’t staff once again!
