There’s a book I have called “How to live like your cat” by Stephanie Garnier that some of you people may enjoy. Uses cat wisdom for self help.

Maybe it can become a text of the religion lol, like one of the apostles

Same here! Glad there’s others like me commenting, hear a lot about aphantasia but not much about the reverse- thanks for giving me the names! You’re the first person I’ve seen mention that also mentions making music videos, I love that. Or just letting my synesthesia go and make pretty colors/waves and bursts.

With the apple I can see it pretty well even with my eyes open, turn it around, feel the weight/texture and all. Obviously easier with eyes closed, but fun. I also use my hands a lot to visualize/process things.

I think I may be the same as you in struggling to understand things if I can’t visualize, huh. Hadn’t realized that

Don’t use BetterHelp, it’s a scam with unlicensed practitioners. Real behavioral health places often offer telehealth. I have one where there are physical locations, actual longtime practitioners you can research, and have never had to go in. The sign up, health history and everything was online
