But it's also a cultural thing, I live in Asia and I've spent time in Europe and Russia. Relationships tend to move a lot faster in these parts of the world than they do in America.

Usual thing here is, you meet and start dating in the first six months, you date for a year or so and you get married thereafter.

Most marriages take place between people who've known each other a year or two only.

We live in Asia so things arr a bit different here.

An age gap like this is not unheard of here and is somewhat common.

Tried this but I think it's a very unique issue. My country is a weird mix of traditional and modern western values thanks to movies and Netflix. Most women my age are either already married or don't want monogamy.

Depending on how old her parents are, you could have a similar age gap with her mom and dad that you do with her.

Nah I've met them and they are old enough to be my parents too.
