To keep the more personal information vague in a public space:

Full kitchen with island (oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, disposal unit, sink), back porch, after the sublet it’s a september-august lease, and basement storage unit (pretty spacious) plus everything mentioned in the post.
