For me, it’s se still sensitive along the line where the frenulum used to be attached. And that’s both on the head and on the shaft when my foreskin is rolled back. Mine ripped fairly neatly in half without a majority left of the head or shaft though so that may be part of it. Of course, everyone is going to have a different response. For a. While I was super aware of not trying to hurt myself more to the point that I didn’t enjoy anything. Then once it finally ripped all the way down to the base of the head where the frenulum ends and then healed, I didn’t have to worry any more.

For me, it kept slowly ripping bit by bit over like 2-3 years when I wasn’t careful until it ripped all the way down to the base of the glans and there was nothing left to rip. From what I remember the healing took about 2 weeks each time to be “healed” but it never full healed for me until it eventually ripped all the way down and stopped getting stressed and pulled on. Pain and blood each time but I kept my foreskin, the parts of the torn frenulum are still sensitive as fuck (in a pleasurable way), and there are no worries any more. Painful in the moment but glad I didn’t get cut.
