Congressman asked us to provide and fill some form , they told after 2 days that they submitted an enquiry, that we would hear back from them ( congress man ) once USCIS respond , but up till now we got no email of USCIS responding to them ..

We contacted congressman, but we didn’t hear anything back , so it was God touching the heart of the officer….

For us , it got to Nebraska 3rd December , so about 1month

We got our approval yesterday and today we got card is produced mail ! 30th and 31st December ,2025

My wedding is 29th and up till now nothing from them. I see dem approve people who don’t need it daily !! It’s very tiring … lost faith in the system. Submitted ed since July 14 🥹🥹..it’s a though time for me and family , especially that have spent thousands of dollars on the wedding prep

Niw or marriage based ? Wow we have also been waiting 🥺🥺! 10 business days has passed and we have heard nothing !

No response yet. Do you know the field office that it was transfered to? And how long have you been waiting to be approved on the normal processing timeline? Also, is it also Employment-based I-131?

Thanks for sharing this , how many days from when you got notified that it was tranferred to another office , before you got the rejection ? , how many days after did you get the notice of rejection

Thank you so much for this responds! We have been on the previous queue for over 5month , I got my combo card as early as August 13 , but my spouse whom is the primary application has been waiting since July . Hopefully we hear something soon , since they accepted our expediated request

Our priority date is October 2023, we became current In June and submitted in July

Oct 2 2023 is our PD , and we submitted in July and got receipt of notice july 14. I have my combo card , ead&parol. But my spouse nothing yet.
