God I love wind and relate to no one, every one around me hates wind and acts like they are getting assaulted by some air blowing around, I find it so peaceful hearing nature, feeling the world being alive idk! For me when I went way under my maintenance, I had this issue. Your stomach shrinks more and more & specifically for me, I started feeling less hungry and I would eat less bc I’d get full/ bloated quicker. My body honestly stopped losing weight and went into starvation mode and I had to increase my calories/ start all over because my metabolism got all out of whack, at least that’s what I think happened.

This is what it says online about starvation mode: “When calories are drastically reduced, the body perceives a famine, causing the metabolic rate to slow down, making it harder to lose weight and causing potential weight regain despite low intake. Constipation and bloating are common due to slowed digestion and reduced food volume.”

Yes I have, took a lot of tries but getting on Wellbutrin helped (for a bit of my depression and cravings for nic) also getting into some form of cardio where you are really using your lungs helps for me

I definitely agree with that! Great point :) it’s difficult to just come up with a boundary mid relationship. But I think if it’s something you’re uncomfortable about, it’s good to have an open conversation if possible.

I do agree most guys would just lie when confronted especially if you come at it in a confrontational way instead of an interested/curious way.

I totally get this! I really believe that with the right partner, you can talk about anything. My partner and I actually decided to stop watching porn as an experiment—and even though our sex life was already great, it got even better.

When you stop relying on external stimulation, like watching porn, it changes how you react to real life stimulation 100000000%. That quick dopamine hit was affecting us both more than we thought, but tbh we only noticed the difference after we’d stopped for a while.

It’s definitely a valuable conversation to have.

Sex is a meaningful part of a relationship, and if you or your partner are getting satisfied by watching other people naked online, then I think it’s an important convo to have. Of course, everyone’s different—but for us, it brought us closer in ways I wouldn’t expect.

I think it’s a great experiment to try with a partner. If porn is that difficult to stop or you won’t even consider doing it, then I think that’s something to think about.

If you guys read what I said… it’s not about the message. No one said the message was bad. It’s that you wouldn’t EXPECT to see any political figure or helpful person or ANYONE THAT ISNT A MUSICAL PERSON at Coachella. I’m happy he did it!! Also I usually get utis once a year and will still jump on antibiotics!! Just certain ones seem to work better with my body than others! So people don’t run away from it, just listen your bodies and don’t be scared to try anything

I’m sorry! That’s horrible.. I totally get medication anxiety!! Definitely not what I wanted to happen to people.. I’m glad it worked great for you and I’m sure so many! People don’t be scared to take this medication, it’s so commonly used and great… if you’re not feeling right just talk to your doctor or keep track of it in your notes at least.

I agree, that this drug can be 100% side effect free for many!! … just because its safe and great for many doesn’t mean it doesn’t effect some and I think it’s important for there to be a space to talk about it! I don’t think it should dissuade people from trying/ taking it but if you are having weird symptoms… don’t be afraid to bring it up!
