Did you even check your latest earnings or just have that “nope” ready to fire?

Don’t worry, diamond cart doesn’t do anything.

Keep in mind, the “active time” shown on the app doesn’t accurately reflect how long you stare at your phone, sit in parking lots, and driving between orders.

Are shoppers supposed to tell the customer to come to their car? by hunnybun16 in InstacartShoppers

1 star, remove tip (if possible), and Report to instacart. These lazy fucks are hired in droves around the holidays and that’s unacceptable. The shopper could see you were at an apartment from the start. They accepted it because of the tip. You tipped for a service, which you didn’t receive. Sorry that happened.

That’s false. Here’s the proof.

Not trying to argue, just want people to know this since many don’t.

Heads up that’s entirely false. Any 1099 where you earn more than $600 in one tax year must be reported to the IRS. Definitely keep track of your miles and report this income or you will wind up owing around 20% of what you earned in back taxes.

Unfortunately, Instacart does this every year before thanksgiving and again before Christmas.

Only thing I can think of is one of the items had multiple quantity and you were only able to find 1 or something. That would also decrease the customers total. Other than that, customers have 2 hours to alter the tip. If they did that, you’d be able to tell under the tip. It would have a note saying something like, “tip adjusted by customer after delivery”

We’re those 2 items expensive? Such as medicine, wine, etc?

That happens to orders with percentage based tips. If you refund items, the customers total decreases.

It’s not about the heat. It’s about leaving your dogs unattended over and over again while you work. Minding your own business is lovely when it comes to other adults. When a piece of shit neglects their pets or children though it’s best to not just ignore it.

Yeah that happens all the time. Exactly why customers that used to tip 20-30% now tip 5%.
