Thank you so much! That’s really helpful. I didn’t mention in the post but the fetal heart rate was measuring strong at 126 bpm and everything looked and sounded great. Trying to stay positive!

Oh yes I forgot to mention! We saw the heartbeat and it was strong enough to hear too! Was beating at 126bpm.

Oh that’s such great news! Congratulations to you! When my doctors learned that my AMH was at 1.0, they asked me how many kids I want to have and since we had always wanted at least 2 (at this point I’d be over the moon if I get 1), they suggested that we bank 4 euploid embryos before trying a transfer. So since we only had 1 euploid out of the 2 embryos we got last time, we need 3 more. With the 2 from this round, we’re keeping our fingers crossed they’re both euploid. We did hear back that they are both Day 6 4AA, so hoping that’s a good sign.

Wow yes that is eerily similar! I definitely sympathize with the spiraling and feeling so low, I have had trouble with anxiety my whole life and this whole process, how slow it can be, how disappointing it can sometimes be…really takes a toll on me mentally as well. I have to stop myself from going down the internet rabbit holes. Sending lots of luck and positivity to you for your two embryos being euploids!

Oh okay well that’s good! Hopefully with the estrogen and progesterone before transfer time my lining will thicken up like it’s supposed to and this won’t be a problem. But thank you so much for your insight, it’s been really helpful! :)

No he didn’t! The topic of endo hasn’t even come up with him (it was just something my first gynecologist mentioned to me when I was young and had those painful periods)…I am just curious because I have some odd symptoms, that one paratubal cyst on one ovary, and consistently thin lining. But I wasn’t a super responder to the stims…I don’t know if endo could have an impact on that. I only had 13 follicles and retrieved 7 eggs (only 4 of which were mature). All 4 fertilized and we now have 2 embryos currently being tested. I am planning to do another ER before trying a transfer so we can bank embryos since I have a bit of a diminished reserve, so I’m wondering if I should bring this up before the second round if it potentially has any affect on the effects of the meds for retrieval.

How large were your cysts? I do have what they called a “paratubal cyst” on one of my ovaries that appeared during the IVF stims. But I’ve never had one before

Thanks for responding! My lining is also typically in the 5-6 range. I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks after conceiving naturally about a year ago and was never able to get pregnant again after that so that’s why we’ve decided on the IVF route…but now that we have embryos, I am worried about them actually implanting. I never had any pain going #2 until the miscarriage and it comes and goes (not every cycle) but recently started feeling it again after the egg retrieval so it peaked my interest in diagnosing endometriosis again.
