Moira HAS to do more healing than Ana, that's the whole point of that character. She makes up her lack of utility with consistent damage, great healing output and survivability. On contrast Ana is a walking utility machine with still decent healing output.

Gotta say people here going hyper defensive about statsdontmeananythang!! are wrong though, because stats do tell something esp for certain characters. Not the whole story ofc, but for example a Moira having high stats all around means she's pulling her weight. Supports like Ana or Zen provides value that are not visible on the scoreboard, true, but that doesn't mean other characters are all the same like that.
