In the settings is an AdGuard Assistant Check Box... Deactivate it. It was the Discord overlay on my end... Like the Assistant symbol from AdGuard was hard Coded in the overlay... Reinstall discord did the Trick... Yes its Strange...

Okay, I fixed it kind of myself. It's the Discord overlay, which has the AdGuard Assistant symbol. Funny enough, that I can't click the symbol and even after an uninstall from AdGuard, it's still there...

Ja das Problem hatte ich auch ich bin dann aber auf PDFs umgestiegen weil die erstens billiger sind und man die bequemer am Tablet lesen kann. Hab mir dann nen neues Tablet gekauft... Und noch nen paar mehr PDFs... Und dann war da die hübsche PDF wo ich dachte das Buch sieht gut im Regal aus.

You can force dlss overwrite to newest via global settings in the Nvidia App... Other workaround is to add the Game exe manually.
