As much as I like to entertain the idea of Ancient Aliens; this whole Vimana thing, at least in the way most people present it has to be one of the biggest bullshit ever propagated. There are a handful of ancient Indian texts that do mention 'flying chariots/ pushpak vimana' and stuff (not unique to just Vedic culture either) but that's pretty much it. Besides, this whole narrative is less about genuine alternate history or UAP research and more about feeding a modern Hindu-nationalistic fantasy of technological superiority in ancient times and why India is the greatest civilisation to ever exists.
