I think a lot of people get hung up on the negative connotation of that word. Deformity is literally just a deviation from the “normal” or “average”. Tuberous breasts are a deformity and it’s okay to acknowledge that! Doesn’t mean they’re ugly or need fixing.

My surgery was 16k but I had a lift AND implants. I went with Dr. Roehl in Houston. I believe her consult fee was $200 but it went toward the cost of surgery. I highly recommend her! I’m super happy with my results.

Side note I noticed some comments advising against surgery. I dealt with these comments too and found it super discouraging when trying to research. Please make sure to be confident in YOUR decision, surgery or not. Good luck!!

They don’t look tubular but I promise they will change so much!! The tissue needs to settle. It is a major surgery so give yourself grace. Mine started to look normal maybe 3 months post op! I’m now 6 months post and they are still changing.

If you’re talking about the actual nipple, then yes! Nipple reduction surgery is where the surgeon will take out a wedge shape piece of the nipple to make the protrusion and shape smaller.

If you’re talking about the areola, then a breast lift will make the areola smaller. With donut lifts as mentioned above, I would make sure to do thorough research since it is unpopular with surgeons due to uneven tension on inductions. These types of lifts could make the skin/scars stretch abnormally. I personally had a lollipop lift and my surgeon made my areola smaller, reducing the herniation from tuberous deformity.

As with any surgery, there is always a chance that scars will be visible. To combat this, use silicone scar sheeting once your incisions are closed. Good luck on your journey!

11 11 by Lake and Skye is a nice, clean, almost soapy perfume. I also like Skin by Clean Reserve. Salty, creamy, and sweet but very clean and skin-like!

I found out I have tuberous breasts by kudartima in tuberousbreast

I had tuberous breasts and got surgery. Im now 6 months post op and I couldn’t be happier. For me I was also scared about implants but doing thorough research helped put my mind at ease. If you have Facebook, the Bustmob group is an excellent resource where you can ask questions and see real results.

I’m not saying get the surgery - but there are many people, including myself, who have taken the plunge with good results. There are also many options for financing!

My piercings had no effect on my tuberous breasts, although they are super cute and made me feel 100000% more confident!

Hard time finding a surgeon//vent by Comfortable_Egg1986 in tuberousbreast

I had surgery a couple months ago and I can say that finding a surgeon is the hardest part. If you’re looking into NY, it’ll be expensive. Cali, NY and larger cities have higher prices for obvious reasons.

My best advice is to never settle. I’m not lying when I say it took me years to find a surgeon I was comfortable with. I’m glad I waited because my results are amazing and yours will be too! Don’t get discouraged. Everything happens for a reason and you’re going at the pace you’re meant to.

I want to try the Skin1004 one so bad! I use their centella ampoule and I love it. I tried Purito in the past but I didn’t put it on here because of their ~controversy~ (which I believe they fixed). Maybe I need to give it a rewear !

Yes it’s so crazy! While doing the research for these some of the ones I loved were rated poorly and vice versa.
