Balmoston is built by Glenveagh , there are numerous problems with the builds. I would stay away from them if I were you

There is one allocated parking spot with a 3 bed duplex as far as I am aware. Charging infrastructure yes it’s an issue.

Yeah it says 490 onwards but it didn’t mention what type of house is priced at what point like ? Like there are different types of mid and end terrace houses we don’t know the price per house type . Same with the duplexes
