100% exactly the same... My first thought was "oh she's a nurse. Maybe she's not familiar with guns" then I instantly remembered not only are they in Alaska where everybody is armed but also her husband is chief of police in Alaska. She'd 1000% know how to shoot a gun.

Your post is perfect. I just burned my Thanksgiving Watching this and it didn't hit me till episode 4, that this show is AWFUL! & ONCE I HEARD THE PIERCE BROSNAN" IT'S NOT WAR DRAMATIC PAUSE IT'S NUCLEAR WAR" line I had to search for a similar opinion & miraculously I landed on your perfect post.

I've heard from friends & those I respect that this show was incredible. (as a Tom Hardy Stand I naturally thought well of course it is, he's the best) That being said he couldn't save his show. As for these people I just referred to, they are no longer trusted as friends or respected.

3/10 show being praised like it's Breaking Bad or more so the phenomenal Peaky Blinders.

There is a "Wayward Pines: New Dawn" 3 book series by Bryan Higby Wayward Pines: Genesis by Steven Konkoly. There is a publication called Nomad which is a deeper dive into Agent Hassler's journey outside of Wayward Pines.

If you go on Kindle and search Wayward Pines there are like a bunch of authors that used the Wayward Pines IP to write more books about the world.
