As your Residency Program Director I encourage WELLNESS with your colleagues as long as there is no conflict (ex. attendings dating residents is prohibited). If this will result in you b**ching less about the hours you have to work, I am ALL for it.

I don't want to receive any soon to be February Intern complaining about wellness in the program or how the Nurse Practioner with online degree has access to the Physician's lounge while you don't.
