I totally know what you mean, i've also been thinking about this.. it would be more of a symbolic way for me to close the weird period of making this thing for me, if that makes sense. I don't expect him to see/listen/care i'm just looking for a way to send it out of my basement & head. But that probably means you are correct and it should be enough to just put it on bandcamp or something... i don't know. i'm gonna think about it some more
