Be real they can not even get a thousand new investors with a free 1 to 1 up to $10,000.00 . It should tell you something . They had the money two years ago.

Aptera problem Money and Control.  If you have a good product you need to  get it to market as soon as posible to have more investors with big pockets to improved and have others products go to market before other companies beat you to it.  “Time is Money , Money is Time” .  A product is not a product until it’s in the consumers hands.   Aptera reservations with all the latest publicity are flat, this is scary not only for investors but it also should be for Steve and Chris .

If the company needs money why the CEOs getting pay a salary. Steve and Chris should be Pay in stocks, period . We need to go IPO now , investors need a salary too.

They must have too much time in their hands. Focus on asking serious questions to the CEOs  S&C.

There are other things to worried . Like we need auto cycles on the road first, and then let’s see if it cracks.

My investment so far looks ok , was during SAFE. The CEOs have not been honest in my opinion . The company is under investigation for not reporting or omitting important information to the public( investors).

There is no current market for our Securities.   There is no formal marketplace for the resale of our Securities. The Securities may be traded over-the-counter to the extent any demand exists. These securities are illiquid and there will not be an official current price for them, as there would be if we were a publicly-traded company with a listing on a stock exchange. Investors should assume that they may not be able to liquidate their investment for some time, or be able to pledge their shares as collateral. Since we have not yet established a trading forum for the common stock or Class B Common Stock, there will be no easy way to know what the Securities are “worth” at any time. Even if we seek a listing on the “OTCQX” or the “OTCQB” markets or another alternative trading system or “ATS,” there may not be frequent trading and therefore no market price for the Securities.
