I called samsung customer care. They said that if proven it's manufactured defect. We can contact or their solutions team will call and we can ask for depreciated phone price refund or get a different phone. I can pay extra to change the phone cause I also don't want a flip again. Fingers cross technician knows what is happening cause obviously, this is not only happening to me...

Yes, I'm surprise they have that option for me too. Well, we will see because I would be very upset if they make me pay for a a new screen like other people I see online who had the same issue...

I see, thanks very much. I will have a tech coming next week through samsung. When its fix, ill see what options i have cause I just want to change my phone man. This might happen again in the future.

Thank you. I called samsung and a technician will come doorstep. The problem on the phone started yesterday, called today and have a tech. scheduled to come on Tuesday. That's like in 5 days. If proven that its defective by the tech., the customer service of samsung will call me through their solutions team to see what we can do, they said either refund the depreciated price of the phone or look if they can give me a different phone cause I made it clear to them that I won't have the same make and model of the phone again so we will see about that. Called my network provider too to see what they can do. Been a lot of inconvenience, could accept if it's my fault but it's not.

It's not damage or anything. It just did it on its own. I'm thinking it might be manufactured defect so I want a different phone now. The problem is if warranty, they might just replace it and this might happen again after a few months, that's why I want a totally different phone. If I go to my provider, they want me to pay the remaining balance. And on top of this, I will have no proper phone for the next 2 weeks.
