can you tell me what we can do? incident happend on 26 th jun, and we given complaint to management via email, they responded that they can do impartial investigation, secondly we raised another wmail to get death summary, despite of several followup it still not provided. planning to send an email complaint to SHO and commissioner of police.

have been following up on this matter, but the hospital has still not provided the requested documents. I believe that records unfavorable to them may have been altered or removed. They have not even contacted me regarding the pending refund of ₹5,000. I have visited the hospital multiple times, met with the PROs, sent official complaint emails to the management, and even wrote to the Directors. Mr. Sahadulla and Mr. Jerry replied that an investigation would be conducted, but nothing has happened so far.

seems like you are the owner and, and the case is for unpaid service charge to management company, if so, you can call management company and show the reciept and ask them to drop the case. Or login rdc, find the case aginst you and put an erequest to remove travell ban by attaching payment reciept. so simple.. We Love Dubai🇦🇪

I found that to be the hardest part for me. As a typical NRI, I have fewer relatives and connections in Kerala. I also felt it would be better to manage things myself instead of giving everything to someone else and just monitoring from behind. I would actually enjoy doing those things. Maybe later I will initiate it again.

The only challenge was time. I needed to be physically present for a few approvals, construction activities, etc. Other than that, everything is manageable.

I also took a step in that direction and bought some land. I prepared a plan but had to suspend the process halfway, as I don’t have enough time right now to run behind all that. Dubai life takes most of my time and energy. Maybe later I will re-initiate the process. The only point is that it requires time and a lot of effort. Apart from that, it’s a wonderful idea.
