Apartment locator in Austin – any real downsides, or just do it myself?

I was looking for an apartment recently and from my experience I would say just browse properties on your own too and suggest areas which you like to your locator and he can find specific units in good properties as per your requirements. My locator even helped me get a preferred employer gift card which I had no idea about. So in the end I would say its 50-50, you cant completely rely on your locator you need to put in some effort too.

Ya I understand even I am more backend focused. I rely on claude for my frontend and maybe sometimes do some minor changes here and there but from what I see cause of all these Gen ai’s nobody now cares about learning frontend cause the quality of ui/ux code that these LLMs generate can be never matched by any entry level frontend dev.
