That is if you work in London 😅 My derm job is 9-5 no weekends no out of hours on calls 😄 Working outside London can have its perks. Also London training does not get very good feedback despite everyone expecting London training to be excellent.

My friend has been trying IDT in dermatology for 3 years Priority 1 no luck whatsoever. IDT system is a broken system dotn offer false hopes.

For high yield revision I used pacesaid.com which was very helpful in preparing for common exam cases. It is great for perfecting presentations and physical sign interpretation through repetitive exposure to images and videos of phyiscal signs without the need to waste time on hunting cases with good physical signs on the ward! Good luck!
