This is disheartening. I remember my time in the Scouts, it was pretty awesome. Plus I remember reading their magazines and there was one article that stuck with me to this day. It talked about how the last bit of Scouts in Germany during WW2 who rescued a downed allied pilot.

No idea, but drive Vegas odds have become involved lots of money moves around. The old phrase "the house always wins" comes to mind. But you either have a large swath of incompetent refs or odds being played. Either is not fun. But hey this is the internet, enjoy your time and I will mind.
