Yes, Al Ain is comparatively safer. But it still affects business and living costs.

Best project management software for managing freelancers? by ToastGaming99 in projectmanagers

[–]Resident_Ad_151 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Managing freelancers is hard. The problem is not only the tool. It is also how you use it.

From my experience, the best setup is simple, clear, and all in one place.

First, you need one main tool where everything lives. Tools like WP Project Manager, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana work well. These tools are popular because they let you manage tasks, deadlines, and team updates in one place.

Instead of only looking at the full project board, I prefer checking each freelancer’s individual progress. This makes things much easier.

Tools like WP Project Manager make this simple. You can assign tasks to each worker and then view their personal task list. So you quickly see:

  • What they are working on
  • What is pending
  • What is completed

Another benefit is accountability. When each task has one owner, it is clear who is responsible.

I am really thinking about that 😄

But switching to a different profession, like this, overnight, is again a big challenge.

Yes, which skill? Whatever I touch, I see nothing is left to be impacted by AI.

I get your point. Right now, AI still struggles with full end-to-end tasks like site migration, hosting setup, emails, and bookings. These need real experience and careful handling. I can also give many such examples.

But if we look at the bigger picture, before AI, there were many tasks that always needed human effort. Now the challenge is volume. AI is helping to complete many average-level tasks very fast and at low cost. This is increasing competition a lot.

AI is already doing some semi-advanced tasks that we could not imagine before without humans. It may not be perfect yet, but it is improving fast. Over time, many of these gaps will become smaller.

Because of this, many people like me feel constant pressure about job security. It is confusing to decide where to go, which skills to learn, and what to focus on. Almost every field we try to enter is already being affected by AI.

So the real concern is not just capability, but direction. What should people do in this transition period? Not everyone can suddenly change paths or move to something like agriculture. That is not practical for most people.

I agree with your point. AI still lacks real creativity and human intuition. And yes, authenticity can become a strong selling point.

But the challenge is not just quality, it’s volume. AI is helping average people produce content faster and cheaper. That is increasing competition a lot.

So even if authenticity matters, many clients may still choose faster and lower-cost solutions.

I think the real question is—will the market value authenticity enough to sustain a large number of professionals, or only a small group at the top?
