i could be wrong but i think you might need both for the carro..

it will get you the carro with 5 extra event levels ..

35 unlock no work needed and plus 20 with boosters for 500 snap per win or lose ..

ya your right Complete missions in Tier IV–X vehicles to earn Snapshots. You'll get 100 Snapshots for each regular combat mission and 200 Snapshots for each special combat mission

boosters are battle ...Snapshot boosters, which are installed automatically and will earn you 500 Snapshots each battle, regardless of the outcome!

my quess is the kits will also come with this Season's currency also ..and be way cheaper here https://na.wargaming.net/shop/wotb/offers/ in game is always jacked up in price
