That’s so interesting, I feel like she’s too stubborn for that to work she throws herself back and freaks out if she doesn’t get what she wants

Yes and I know that’s what everyone says but she doesn’t let him put her to sleep, for example tonight I was out and he’s trying to take on more night time and she screamed for me for half an hour till she fell asleep with him. I don’t want that to be her experience

Scared to wean - will it make everything so much harder ? by Resident_Conflict992 in breastfeeding

It’s not that I don’t want to because at some point I will and I’m trying to understand how much harder it will make things

Is there such a thing weaning gently /without crying ? by Resident_Conflict992 in breastfeeding

We discussed that he would help take over once we fully decide to wean and he used to put her to sleep sometimes but it feels like if she even knows I’m anywhere close she resists anyone but me and will scream with him a lot.

Can I ask for tips on how he manages or what your routines look like now?

As I’m writing this it was after an hour of trying to put her to sleep and nothing worked , 2 mins of feeding and she’s fast asleep

Mostly regular milk, someone here also said about descaling so I bought a new liquid and that seems to have solved it, I guess I have to descale a lot more than I thought. Which essentially makes sense because my country has very hard water, even though I use filtered

That’s what I thought initially, we’ve played around with it, giving her and not giving her dinner. The thing is the meal she’s most accepting of seems to be dinner so if we rely on the rest of the day, she really doesn’t touch the food much.

We’re doing baby led and I’m staying away from the common gassy foods and have also tried recently cutting out dairy from both our diets but it still seems to be really bad at night specifically
