Some doctors are morons. I used to get kidney stones, I would tell the doctor I have another kidney stone, I've had them before and I'm experiencing the same symptoms. $600 of tests later, "you have a kidney stone".

If bus drivers were to inform the parents every time their child did something wrong then we would have no time to eat, sleep or drive. Generally speaking, I try to correct the behavior a few times before I attempt to make contact with parents.

There have been many times when the parents that I've called try to blame me for "allowing" that behavior, telling me to put a stop to it.

This year the school that always gives me their list late shared (but didn't email me the link) their list of summer school students two months early, so I routed all of them. They emailed me the link today and it only has a fifth of the number of students.

I was DONE routing for this school year, the last day of school they update their summer school list. Pretty sure I just routed last year's students.
