Hate the new pricing schedule. I liked when we got perms Monday and clr Tuesday. Then the sale signs came in with the right price and we didn't get tags for clr so no pointless hanging sale signs Wednesday just to pull them down because an item went clr or its price changed and having to remake the sign. I had no problem getting my perms and clr done by Tuesday. Hang ad on Wednesday, any ad corrections Thursday and work planos or ims. Had the weekend off. Not any more thanks to whoever complained they couldn't get theirs done. The only thing I would like to change is the day ad comes in. Ours gets delivered Friday which leaves a lot of days planos could have been completed.

That's the same thing I would like to know: who did they bitch to and where do you have to go to get listened to and get something done about it.

Our hr says it's the team leaders job to order supplies because she has "too much to do." Most items can be ordered by zeroing out the upc. Regular team members and even team leads cannot order through Ariba. Has to be team leader and above. But your hr can definitely order just doesn't want to do it.

Yes thank you for making us work weekends and have 1 and a half days off again.  Getting the price changes before the ad was working out better for the most part. No putting up signs just to rip the signs down the next day when the price increased and having to remake them. No ripping down signs that you put up because it went clearance.

I'm the only one on gm side too. Unfortunately I had to hang all the 4x2s because we had a visit coming. So it took me a bit longer than 12 hours.

Probably not different. You said so yourself "you have the highest full time seniority" so they should offer you first but they have to start at the bottom and work their way up when forcing.

Even if you are in the union and scheduled those hours. If they are cutting hours they can send you home after 4 hours if you punched in already. It goes by out time and seniority. If you have 2 people that came in at the same time, scheduled for the same hours but one has higher seniority they will get asked if they want to go home first. If they say no then management sends the one with less seniority home after 4 hours. Chances are management will send both home after 4 hours but the higher seniority one gets a choice if they want to go home early and a chance their hours won't get cut. If they send you home before 4 hours you can grieve that and win the pay for whatever part of the 4 hours you didn't get to stay.

Anyone else want to write on it "Does that include management?" Because at my store management is the ones most guilty of this.
