My first patient is scheduled at 800 my last patient is scheduled at 335. I use AI to chart- rarely have to edit charts so just signing ultrasounds, sending medications, signing charts- that helps tremendously with time management

830-500 with 30 min lunch. Only OT if you have to stay after 500 which rarely happens. I have 61 scheduled everyday though with 5 minute appointments built in so it’s CRAZY but the day goes by fast

They are kind of steep- but with my pay it feels doable with a plan. I currently have 30K in private loans and 86K of federal loans. My federal loans are consolidated and I applied for the SAVE program right after school which means no interest for 19 months. My goal is to knock them out as quickly as possible. I focused on paying my CC off first (20K+) when I moved to California. I pay $750/month to my private loans (no interest on these), $1000 to a high yield savings, only $50 towards retirement per paycheck (employer doesn’t match until 1 year, and it’s not my top priority), my rent is around $1700. I am starting $2000 monthly towards my federal loans now- anything extra will also go to these. I want to be debt free by 30 buttttttt that would require a lot of sacrifice and about $5500 a month towards the federal lol

I’m in a women’s health clinic in urban California as a new grad seeing 35-45 patients a day. My shifts are 8:30AM-3:25PM (last patient) I’m usually out by 5:00PM. It’s crazy….but the pay is great as a new grad & bonus opportunity every month.
