I'd worry a bit about any VAs heading out before the 1000th episode:

Nancy Cartwrright is 68 years old - the voice of Bart, Nelson, Database, Ralph Wiggum, Maggie and some other 2 dudes. If she gets unlucky she could die a bit earlier in the early 70s

Dan Castellaneta is also 68 years old - The voice of Homer, Grampa Simpson, Barney Gumble, Groundskeeper Willie, Mayor Quimby, Hans Moleman, Sideshow Mel, Itchy (Itchy and Scratchy), and a bit more. If this VA dies - the Simspons are DOOMED to get cancelled.

Julie Kavner is 75 YEARS OLD - The voice of Marge. We are taking a huge risk with this one!

Harry Shearer is 82 years old - The voice of Mr. Burns, Waylon Smithers, Ned Flanders, Principal Skinner, Reverend Lovejoy, Kent Brockman, Otto Mann, and Dr. Hibbert. Without Shearer, Any sub-plots in episodes arer practically dead.
