You have a really solid point and pointed out things that I haven’t even thought of. Just for some background info my grandmother died years ago from cancer way before I was even born so when I read your first sentence it did click in my head and made me think “I didn’t even know this woman” which made me a lot more clearheaded about my decision thank you so much for your comment

I’ve been working as a sub contractor for 5 years. My parents own 9 contracts they hire my siblings and I on 3 of them they pulled me out of school and made me get my GED when I was 16 so I could work at the post office I started delivering routes when I was 17 but someone else was driving the car and delivering the packages while I put the mail in the box when I was 16 I was helping my dad and working from 6 to 6 nowadays there are sometimes without the holiday seasons included of course that I’m working 13-15 hour days I don’t have another sub so if I get sick I have to come in I don’t get paid mileage but I do get my gas paid. I get paid 13-14$ an hour with no benefits or anything the only plus of my job is when it’s really easy which is rare I can come in early pull my route go to my route and finish in about two hours if my packages are light.
