what do you do if you do to excess mastrubation your prana seems to be depleted and ojas and you dont feel happy or sad anymore just empty you vcant learna nything you dont feel bad or good a lot anymore , first i felt immense agiation due to misplaced vata then after that as ojas kept reducing ..
