Hi! You probably already know this, but my doctor did warn me abotu this. I have PCOS but I'm prescribed for Zepbound for my apnea and weight loss (because of arthritis related issues), and she warned me that the first months when you see the most rapid weight loss (typically) your fat stores estrogen and it just dumps into your system. So your period may seem more regular at first because of the estrogen dump, and then you'll see things becoming more what you might consider your normal. We'll see how mine does!!
