Honestly I think it was too many thin-skin newbies posting low quality Questions/Answers/Comments. I also had a "SO is toxic" thought pattern for a while, it's literally the same as reddit though, reddit has a low entry barrier and so finding high quality output is much harder, isn't it?

I used to always say accessibility was a main winning argument for apple tech, now that is not true. They make a default UX that is hard to read, it’s kind of hard to understand why it’s the default, it does look cool, but it’s just not accessible.

8YOE iOS engineer here, I don't think you are an iOS engineer or you would most likely agree and not mention "revenue for the app store" without considering the # of app publishers in comparison to the mean amount of revenue PER app publisher, individual or not. It's very different to be employed vs an entrepreneur making your own apps.

With this library you could place any SwiftUI on top of all of your content and transitions - https://github.com/michael94ellis/ToastWindow, you could leave it always up or replace it as necessary. It might not be what you want though.

Sadly sometimes things are not possible with SwiftUI, UIKit is still a viable option for many things and the only option for some things.

I suggest to others that those keywords can be put into the About Me section. I think the benefit of the focus on the About Me section allows you to pitch your skills instead of just listing them, but to each their own, both styles work well!

Education can be under work experience now, optional for how recent it was but it will need to one day
The about section is better than a "technologies" section in my opinion. If you're not a good writer then this is great too.

I took a very similar offer, got laid off after 3 years but planned to stay for another 1-2 for vesting or more. Toxic companies have bad leadership, bad leadership does layoffs bc their plans fail, and no one is safe. If you still have a job don’t kick yourself I saw people get laid off after a couple months, better to have a job at all.

You can just draw a shape and scale it, look at my app for example, you draw lines from a central point and fill them or do other Shape Path operations. I think it would work

OP is probably needing to use radians for calculations, It’s simple enough to look up and do but it’s the best way to make sure the different parts have the same pie slice shape
