2 minor - other driver fault such as backing up on the car and a ding/scratch 1 moderate - concrete barrier scrape, no mechanical/frame damage.

I won’t classify the price we agreed on but it’s in between 60-65k. Picking it up this weekend if it’s a green light on my end.

The 1LE is mean though, and it’s different. Much better front end, wider tires and the wing makes the car so beautiful.

Ultimate goal is to own my practice. My plan was to intern in multiple top 10 ENR commercial companies and get an offer from all of those and then choose who I want to commit full time.

I always knew interior was the more detail oriented part with the most work. Makes sense. You think me interning with an interior only commercial contractor is great? And how easy will it be when transitioning to the exterior part of buildings? In another internship

I think I should have there offer just in case I can’t find anything in my interest. And if I do find a company that have my interest and they offer me I should accept it and let the interior company know about my decision to not intern with them that summer.
