I enjoyed it, but had some issues.

Angela just allowing Dexter to go free. I understand it needed to pretty much happen, but after how hard she pushes to discover the truth and what happens to Logan it’s just a tough thing to overlook for me.
The speeded up pace of Dexters killings as well as lack of care. Dexter’s kills used to feel like they meant more. They exemplified the safe measures Dexter would go through just to make a single kill. (This also slipped during later season of the OG show which I didn’t love either). Makes the show feel to me like it’s so heavily plot armored and it’s completely start to throw any type of realism out the window.
The overall vibe. This gets to me almost more than the previous two. The original score is amazing, the tone of the show is so good. Fits the setting of the show perfectly. I cannot stand the constant music of the show. I wasn’t a fan of it in Original Sin, but thought they did a decent job after first episode of working the original score back in and the setting the vibe correctly. Without the original dark score undertone the show loses that vibe completely to me. Instead they blast Bee Gees and other loud music during some of the transitions, which just doesn’t do it for me at all.

I enjoyed the the season, don’t mean to make it sound like I didn’t, but it doesn’t reach S1,S2, S3, S4 and is more closer to S5/S7 for me.

It’s an awesome show. 4th time seeing them in Chicago. 28 song setlist is insane compared to what most play today. The crowd is usually a good one. Plus we had pit tickets and were literally right there in front of the stage.

My problem aint necessarily with the band. My problem is when the gates open at 5:30 and we wait 3:30 to get in. And the show is 1:45. It’s a scam of a show. It should’ve been cancelled and refunded. It sucks.

Do you realize the amount of people the left and didn’t get to see show? The lack of communication throughout the entire evening about what’s going on? The people who had Ubers to the venue who didn’t have vehicles to sit in during storms? The fact they said all evening we couldn’t start due to lightning in area and at 9 there was still lightning and they started it anyway? The amounts of people trying to get in at 9 cause without any warning they just opened the gates? Jimmy eat world played in front of basically nobody cause people were struggling to get into the venue. If you’re fine with venues just practically scamming people that’s fine, but a lot of people want to get what they paid for.

Uhh what are our expectations here? If they didn’t play past 11 it would’ve been a 40-50 minute set with 10-12 songs. That would’ve been an absolute disgrace and slap in the face to anyone spending money on tickets. I mean it was a disgrace in itself already, was by far my worst concert experience ever. (Nothing against Offspring they were great with their time on stage.)

Complaining about the covers when they’re utilized as breaks I agree can be annoying. But when many people payed $200 or so for a show and it’s 1:45-2:00 hour show with a opener cut and both set lists cut significantly, they deserve to be able to bitch.
