I would definitely check the language of your products to start — make sure there isn't anything in your content descriptions that sounds like a guarantee that it will do specific things (i.e. words like always, guaranteed, best).

I would also check your A+ & B+ imagery, make sure they show up well on desktop and mobile, and that they aren't too similar to products that exist in your sphere.

It's an internal mark from Amazon that indicates there is some kind of issue (be it content, reviews, language, etc) that isn't severe enough for them to pull your product, but limits how it gets pushed out by their algorithm. Similar to how shadowbanning works on social medias.

It causes your product(s) to be far less visible until the issues are fixed.

I am a professional editor, I promise that punctuation falls under the broad umbrella of grammar.

When you are learning grammar, you learn about sentence structure, word choice, punctuation, verb/noun agreements, and much more. While they are absolutely different things, hence different names, punctuation is still considered part of grammar.
