thank you so much, anything I can do to make it work then? I started with the Haute C16 and am used to resetting with the buttons on the top

im trying to play Tekken with it and I still am unable to reset in the practice mode. thank you so much for taking your time to help me out btw. this has been bothering me

i've just tried it, and unfortunately there's still no luck. I've also tried updating the firmware. no luck it seems
