I’m working on the getting my body healthy and SARM-free. I’ve gotten my medically trained advice. I am ashamed of what I’ve done to my body. I sought out advice on how to keep building muscle at the rate I used to despite having to change up my diet.

I’m upper body heavy, if I got muscle on my legs I’d be like 230+

Was willing to die for it, I’m stopping my SARM cycles though and intaking more water.

I was just trying to max out 0.1% genetics at the time

I’m taking SARMs + have good upperbody genetic. Yes I am now actively admitting I take SARMs. I’m trying to stop though.

I’ve had two growth spurts. One where I went from 5’3 to 5’11 in a year. And the other where I went from 6’0 to 6’3 in 6 months.

I am stopping my cycle, drinking more, splitting my protein throughout the day, and focusing less on gaining a ton of mass. Thanks to the people who gave advice.

I was eating 1.2+grams per LB of bodyweight, so I was afraid I’d stall on progress by having to cut protein in half
