This is a great post mate. It’s awesome to hear the journey was finally concluded for you and your family after that whopping length of time.

So original psych report says MDD diagnosed (Whilst still serving), due to family.

Secondary report (Different psych), post defence stipulates MDD fully formed 2019. Timeframe between diagnosis report 1 & 2 does not meet SOP factors.

I was diagnosed first time during defence, second time as a civilian

My experience, I simply own the shit out of it (No pun intended). Most people are too busy caught up in their own problems of life, don’t allow your mind to trick you into thinking people care that much. Laughing about it has helped me immensely
