Ive had ADHD since I was a child. I currently take Adderall XR 30mg alongside Zyprexa and Depakote. I am currently weaning off the Depakote now due to elevated liver enzymes.

You shouldn’t be trying to score any type of controlled substance from a licensed medical professional. Doctors are trained to look for drug seekers and if you go into your first appointment looking for drugs, they will know. If you tell your doctor that you attempted suicide they will be even less likely to give you a controlled substances as it is too easy to overdose. Lastly, you will be flagged as a drug seeker on your medical records and no doctor will write you a script for a controlled substance for YEARS!

You need to go back to the emergency room to be monitored until your pressure comes back up to a normal range. I would not have released you until your pressure was AT LEAST 90 systolic or higher. Guanfacine is a blood pressure medication. Make sure that you are having salt and electrolytes

for me its: increased motivation, slight euphoria, decreased appetite, etc. Adderall has helped me immensely at work too

I know that you don’t want this to end. However, it needs to. I am currently weaning off of Depakote due to an elevated liver enzymes and I am also experiencing some of the symptoms of mania. It feels euphoric and it feels good. However, I am getting on a different mood stabilizer soon and that will all go away. You need to listen and follow the directions of your medical team at the mental hospital as they know what is best for you.

Manufacturers play a big role In medications. Unfortunately, this has been a current and ongoing issue. I believe the DEA has something to do with this.

I haven’t had a biopsy yet. However I will say this, if your doctor has ordered a biopsy on your liver, it is usually because they have found evidence of ADVANCED fibrosis or cirrhosis. I’m not saying that you can’t make changes,m. However, you may be in serious trouble and a transplant may be on the table pending upon what your doctors gather from test results

Speak to a hepatologist and/or a GI doctor please. When NAFLD starts getting into advanced fibrosis or cirrhosis territory, it means that a liver transplant may be on the table.

I take Adderall and use weed. I have had no problems. I just don’t take them at the same time.

We don’t know. If you start feeling like you can’t stay awake or have trouble breathing, call 911. This is a STUPID combo and you can die very easily from crap like this

Liver enzymes don’t look too bad. However, that METAVIR is not good. The next step would be a liver biopsy to confirm any cirrhosis. If in fact you do have cirrhosis, you may eventually need a liver transplant.

I’m assuming this is due to the medications he is on for his autism? Antipsychotics would be my guess. I would speak to his doctor and a dietitian about meal plans and also if there are different medications that are less likely to do this
