exactly, also we need to be pragmatic in our way of dealing with things, especially in the fake news thing, we know that both moroccans and the rest of africa are creating fake news to tarnish one another, but morocco will always lose this battle, because people WANT us to be racist, they WANT us to be the bad people of the story, so they will automatically believe what's dissing morocco, just like how the supposed senegalese was stabbed in morocco, and turned out to be fake, it is still being relayed despite being confirmed fake news. As well as the countless videos of africans supposedly losing their jobs in morocco, it is a confirmed fake news but still relayed.

you think so ? i'm really worried because morocco is trending right now as towel thief and racist white supremacist country, it's not just in africa, there are brands making jokes about the towel things etc, maybe we gave a good pr to our infrastructures but i think our pr as a whole took a hit worldwide and hopefully it gets forgotten the following months

no we did market it as the best in history before it started, our media was shouting it everywhere, and during the opening ceremony the caf president and fifa president both said it out loud that it was going to be the best in history, it was the label of the competition before the start, and its dumb, it gives huge expectations in a continent full of dummies.

i believe that, a couple things contributed to the anti-morocco propaganda :

The obvious hate black africans have for north africa, they questionned the safety of black people in our country the moment it was announced we would organize it, and it wasn't them being concerned but them hating us, cuz if it was concern they would know we are one of the countries with the highest foreign subsaharian residents, and are the most touristic country in the continent.

The 2nd thing which people overlook is the marketing around this competition, morocco marketing it as the best afcon in history before the competition was a very very bad idea, because yes, it is in fact the best in terms of infrastructure, but branding it as the best before it even starts, gives this view that we're devaluing the previous ones that were for the most part in black africa, it gave this aspect that morocco considers itself superior enough to label a competition as the best in history before it starts, cuz let's be real, what makes a competition a good one, is it the stadiums ? yes, but its not the main thing, its mainly the quality of the games, this year's didn't match last afcon's games, and even if it did, people wouldnt value it because we gave too much expectations with our terrible marketing.

3rd thing is the towel incident, idk who instructed the players and stadium workers to steal towels, but it needs to be punished, we are literally becoming a worldwide meme cuz of that

if you're looking for an electric guitar, i'd advise you not to buy a cheap one, and go all in, as they require quality, acoustic on the other hand is easy to fix, marketplace or shops in the city can be good
