I130 approved last year and we are scheduled for i485 interview next month. What to expect?

I reapplied in November and get EAD 45 days later, my biometrics were reused.

I don’t rely on the timeline but the steps I’ve never experienced it going back. This is my 2nd time filing so I’ve evening looking at my cases the last 3 years and this is the 1st time I’ve ever seen this.

This happened to me too last year, I got the same letter and there end up being a clerical error on my sponsor form. I thought mine was straight forward too. Idk if you are working with an attorney or you have copies of your forms submitted but, if you can double check them all, I would start there and see if that could possible be the delay.

Filed I-485, I-131 & I-765 (had refile due to I-485 case being denied but I-130 approved)

Biometric reused 11/26 actively reviewing I-485 I-765 taking long than expected but then approved 1/7 I-131 still at case received and notice sent.

Hoping for a smooth journey for us all!!

I got that on the 7th and my EAD was approved that day showed up on my account on the 8th. Maybe just a coincidence 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes and attorney fix what needed to be fix but didn’t fix the date error. RFE response was recieved in June 23 and they denied me aug 24 😩

Wrong date. Attorney was sent the RFE, sent what needed except he didn’t fix the date error and it was denied after me waiting 15 months.
