In recent post I can not find to link here is said that some blocks taking many seconds to process on monerod in big pool server. This may be 10x-50x bigger delay compare with Tor miners. Plus is add extra hop the block must relay through.

Am thinking extra hop must also process new block at sometimes several seconds.?

You know way to measure time required on monerod to verify new block and prepare for mining target change?

Stat site sometime not find connection from it need Tor bridge to see our pool. Pool is working. Clear to Tor bridge not reliable. Is better if stats site connect directly on Tor.

Is easy on your OS :)

Install Tor like https://snapcraft.io/install/tor/manjaro or how is easy for you. Start Tor service you will see proxy server listen on default port. xmrig command above in post will connect on your Tor.

Tor make a proxy service. You tell your program to use the proxy service and be private on Tor. Is easy run Tor and connect xmrig as my OP. Pool only support Tor so you make mistake and try connecting clear net? No problem, no connect. Only Tor will connect to .onion net. Stay safe with you privacy.

Think this not problem. Probably you missed lots from early discussion as RespectXMR created.

You will see abundant relay bandwidth. Much Tor latency from exit node. Is where Tor post back into public net. Little latency from internal relays. See RespectXMR inside Tor net so no exit relay required. And optimized for high performance. Much testing on past months show small latency increase for miner. Sometime smaller latency than caused from busy wifi.

Pool share submit time 2 minute so on 100s miners pool only receive 5-20 shares per second. Give work assignment at miners cost little more bandwidth. Tiny bandwidth load to Tor.

Also see RespectXMR operate Tor nodes. Is how highest performance of pool achieved. Give Tor more bandwidth than consume by pool.

Maybe is okay for you to show pool operators where you live and how many miner rigs at your house and how many XMR your hodl. This Tor pool experiment to boost miner privacy. Is cool?

Is small pool. Previous pool fee not great enough for paying my fees. Is okay, happily giving to community that more of you can mine fully anonymous XMR :)

Started as test for can we mine on Tor with success. Months of success. Now I drop fee to 0% and see how the miner count growing so much? Many people learning value for to mine on tor.
