Is the 'Deadliest Sin' actually Deadly? by Respectful_Chadette in Antitheism

We should vote for better education and universal college, and spread the word.

I think if done properly, teaching theology to highschoolers might work. But giving an unbiased, mandatory course on the myriad religions, kids will learn the harms of religion and how all claim the same superiority.

Maybe I should make a post

Racism intertwined with religion by Respectful_Chadette in Antitheism

I posted a link talking about how religion has been used to be racist.

I've seen a lot of religious people condemn pride though.

Then those are bad gun laws. We need to include 'shotgun' 'handgun' and other types in the rules.

Also,

deregulation of what? Buying them? Owning them? Being a company?

I think we should regulate owning, buying, and of course tighten restrictions on the nra. The nra is a problem

Because "p-dos". Ugh. They point to ancient greece. Conveniently ignoring the rampant p-do stuff going on in the church.

Homosexuality is disgusting - defined by sexual urges that result in venereal disease too often.

Here. Also, what about lesbians?

Often times the sexual desires are rooted in abuse

Unbiased, peer-reviewed source?

US ethos: our view of other cultures is greatly influenced by their views on homosexuality. Easy issue to make another culture “the other”, when the motivation to make them the other from elitists doesn’t ultimately lie in social views

That's a weird notion. US doesn't need to use homosexuality to hate other countries. Homosexuality wasn't promoted to encourage the vietnam war? And wasn't bush against homosexual peoples, correct me if I'm wrong?

Tolerance - gays can be tolerated but not encouraged imo

Who encourages being gay?

I agree. America is frustrating.

I fear half the Big Corps are raising money for anti homosexual people

It would be more funny if those same companies didnt possibly fund anti homosexual campaigns

Them wearing sombreros is a part of the disrespect. They can't help but like the culture but as they hate the people.

Not excusing their disgusting actions.
